Rumors that the eldest Kardashian sister was pregnant started when fans speculated that the mom of three had actually quit Keeping Up With The Kardashians for valid reasons – and not just because she generally hated everyone.

Kourtney, 40, even replied to fan on Instagram who commented: “You are pregnant,” accompanied by a pregnant woman emoji.

Kourtney was quick to reply to the user, writing: “put the blessing out there though,” followed by a praying hands emoji.
